I also believe in the importance of challenging rigid, habitual beliefs or behaviors that may have become maladaptive in your life. Additionally, I value the powerful bond between humans and animals and its potential for healing. When appropriate, I incorporate animal-assisted therapy into sessions to support the healing of complex trauma
